Students In Washington DCThe FWATA Governmental Affairs Committee is proud to announce that Gina Biviano from Chapman University, Adam Cady from Cal State Fullerton and Christina Orozco from Fresno State have been awarded a grant to participate in the 2008 NATA Hit the Hill Day in Washington DC on February 25th.

These students were chosen from amongst a number of exceptional applicants and will be joining certified athletic trainers as they visit our federal legislators to raise awareness and support of athletic training and the Medicare Access to Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Services Improvement Act.

Look for their presentation about their experience during the student session of the FWATA District Meeting in Burlingame.
